Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Responsible for creating and directing Risk Management programs for CHLA. Will lead initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals to maximize the protection of financial and operational assets. Has the responsibility to create, implement and enforce risk tolerance policies for CHLA and provide the organization with education and direction for all areas of potential risk. Work collaboratively with CHLAMG related to shared risk and claims management.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 10+ years' Risk Management experience or a combination of pediatric nursing and Risk Management experience is required. Management experience is preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. JD or advanced degree in healthcare or related field is preferred.
Pay Scale Information
USD $130,000.00 - USD $233,875.20

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
