Hr Generalist/Hris Admin

We are seeking a Human ResourceGeneralist to join our team and provide support in multiple areas of HR. The primary responsibilities will include: maintaining our HRIS system; assisting with employee leave procedures, and assisting with payroll. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Manage employee leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Assist with the processing of payroll, including data entry, verifying information, and resolving discrepancies
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as needed
• Assist in employee onboarding and hiring processes as needed
• Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• 2+ years of experience in HR and/or System Administration preferably in Ceridian Dayforce
• Moderate to expert skill level in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to keep information confidential and secure, with an understanding of information security standards
• Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
