In this position, you will work with the Director of Human Resources to drive DPG’s efforts for talent acquisition, ensuring we are staffed to continuously provide excellent service to our customers. You will build effective pipelines of candidates for our positions and maintain an engaging social media presence to attract quality candidates to DPG. You will ensure each candidate has an excellent experience transitioning from candidate to new hire, including effective onboarding.
You will administer DPG’s compensation and benefits program to ensure our employees are appropriately compensated for their work. You will drive the process for quarterly performance evaluations by the managers, to ensure consistent performance feedback is given to employees. You will also assist with resolving employee relations issues and building a professional work culture.

What you will do:
- Build a strong workforce through effect manpower planning and recruitment efforts
- Process payroll bi-weekly in an accurate and timely manner
- Conduct effective employee onboarding and assist with planning and executing our training and development plan
- Analyze pay data and conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation for DPG employees
- Maintain a strong knowledge of California and Federal labor law compliance, staying up to date with changes in laws and regulations
- Effectively address Employee Relations issues to ensure a professional work environment
- Work with managers to ensure effective performance management on an ongoing basis, including coaching, mentoring and disciplinary action
What you will need:
- B.S. in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Two to three years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting
