As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our HR department. Your role will encompass a broad range of HR activities, with a special focus on payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to creating a psychologically safe and supportive work environment, where every team member feels valued and empowered.
Location: Various Locations (Dana Point, Huntington Beach, West Covina, Beverly Hills, Riverside, CA) - Please note, that work if on site and will work out of the Dana Point location.

Reporting to: Regional Director, Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. Maintain payroll records and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, fostering a workplace environment that is fair, equitable, and inclusive.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance evaluation processes and support managers in performance improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs that enhance professional growth and skill development.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Update HR policies and procedures as needed.
- HR Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and report key findings to management.
Travel:
- Travel between dental office locations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with strong expertise in payroll administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment-related laws.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
