The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, coaching, and employee training. The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact to provide day to day guidance to employees and front-line supervisors in a fast-paced environment.

- Potential annual salary range for the Human Resources Generalist is $54,653 to $81,979

What Success Looks Like:
- Execute on company and human resource initiatives locally that drive successful change within the global organization.
- Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
- Collaborate with team members to implement HR strategies to support the business.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility personnel.
- Respond timely to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with local safety committee to support the adherence to safety programs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
Your Credentials:
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
