Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee relations matters (employee recognition programs, disciplinary matters, and exit interviews)
- Advise employees on company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws as well as company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- File/Scan document into system.
- Walk through production floor and work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Must have High School diploma or GED
- 2 years Human Resource experience
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Microsoft Office Knowledge intermediate to expert required
- Experience with ADP
