Job Description
- Manages all HR onboarding needs and requirements per DOH regulations
- Successfully onboards all new staff
- Maintains all employee files via HRCloud
- Handles all access cards, IT needs, benefits, employee handbook policies, and any general HR needs
- Responsible for new employee on-boarding as it relates to personnel files, training, orientation schedules, and training of non-clinical/non-patients related systems
- Manages payroll for all administrative and clinical staff including hours, sessions, supervisory invoices
- Ensures all supervisory minutes are organized and filed
- Collaborates with administrative payroll and budgeting
- Supports all billing needs, questions, and requirements and communicates effectively between front desk staff, intake manager, and leadership
