YOUR NEW ROLE
You will work Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees. In addition to onboarding, you will be the go-to person for employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors. You will also assist with investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, and policy violations. Your fair and thorough approach to addressing these issues will help to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the formulation of company and HR-specific policies. As part of your role, you will create and maintain personnel records and confidential files. You will also be responsible for assigning HR training modules, managing paperwork for terminations, conducting exit interviews, and assisting with employee performance reviews. REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, specifically focusing on employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and HRIS programs
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Polished and professional image
PHR certification is preferred but not required.
