Position Purpose: The purpose of the Human Capital Management (HCM) System Administrator is to function as the internal subject matter expert for HR Data and systems managing HR information. Allow for centralized reporting and analysis allowing assuring consistency. Provide program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Hybrid schedule available in this position.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or other related field, or equivalent experience and training
- Working knowledge of an HRIS and/or payroll system (UKG a plus!)
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries preferred
- Working knowledge of technology systems analysis, design, and configuration
- Ability to assess and analyze complex business needs and conceptualize creative solutions
- Ability to effectively interact with associates at all levels within the organization
- Developed written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with Windows-based systems including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, and Outlook
- Resourceful, highly organized, and able to prioritize

Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with HR team members and other stakeholders to determine HCM needs.
- Analyzing HCM performance and resolving application issues.
- Lead projects including application enhancements/upgrades, new functionality deployment and new application implementations.
- Performing system enhancements, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic testing.
- Providing training and technical support to internal stakeholders.
- Function as the subject matter expert for all HCM transactions and business processes, advising the HR team, managers, and employees on proper use of the system.
- Drive efficiencies through optimizing HCM and departmental process automation
- Maintaining databases, analyzing data, and ensuring data integrity.
- Auditing HR processes as required.
- Participate in the regular software testing, manage issues with external vendor support team, and supporting the functional leads.
- Act as key HR resource on all software technology utilized by HR. Systems may include, but not be limited to: HCM, EHR, access control, and performance management.
- Will also have direct responsibilities for processing, rescinding, correcting, and canceling transactions.
- Liaison with IT on technical changes, system testing, deployment/ cutover coordination, preparation of documentation & communication, etc.
- Reporting & Data Analytics
- Provide analytical support on ad hoc projects or request as needed
- Manage confidentiality of data
- Creating and analyzing required government reports
Schedule: 8 hour shifts, full-time
- Shift: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid schedule available once probationary period is completed
Work Location: Rosecrance Health Network – Rockford, IL
- Remote work available in this role. Must be able to commute to Rockford office once a month for meetings.
