Who You Are:
This is a full-time (permanent) hourly position with paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, in addition to 401(k) matching.
This entry-level role would be ideal for someone with 0-1 year of professional experience in an office environment. A college degree is not required. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, have excellent written communication skills, and most importantly, eager to learn our data process. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must. You will join a fantastic start-up atmosphere with autonomy.
- 0-1 year of professional experience in an office environment
- Must be quick at typing, great with technology, comfortable with data processing activities, and proficient with all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Priority will be given to candidates with an associate’s degree or higher in a business or technology-related field
- EFFECTIVE written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role.
Compensation Package:
- Take-home: competitive hourly rate

Data Processor Responsibilities:
The Data Processor will join our data support team and will be responsible for sourcing high-tech accounts & applicants. The initial focus of the role will be to qualitatively analyze and fulfill client requirements using our proprietary tools for data processing. Opportunities will be presented to support research for new methods and processes when looking at data.
Additional Information:
This will start as an on-site role based out of our Chicago office and can move to a hybrid schedule once onboarding is complete. As a company, we follow a hybrid model which includes two (2) remote days/week. We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In addition to a beautiful work environment, we offer benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, and on-site gym membership. We do not offer a relocation package at this time. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of our office.
