Automated Health Systems has an HR Recruiter Coordinator position available in McCandless Township, Pittsburgh, PA.
This is a full-time on-site position.
As an HR Recruiter Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting HR and talent acquisition operations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process
- Participate in employee engagement activities
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required.
- Previous recruitment experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information.
- Advanced PC skills (i.e., experience with internet, database search technologies, and applicant tracking systems) required.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
