HR Onboarding Coordinator

We are looking for someone that already has an HR and onboarding experience.
This will be a salary exempt position reporting to the HR Manager.
Salary Range:
$46,000 - $50,000
Schedule:
Typical schedule is generally Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, but extra hours could be required periodically to keep up with workflow and important deadlines.
Job Purpose:
Primary person handing onboardings, electronic and paper forms, all the communication and updates for this position along with maintaining a high level of accuracy with important employment forms such as the I-9, W4, tax forms etc. A high level of maturity, communcation, accountability, proactiveness and all our Core Values is expected. Experience with E-Verify is preferred and a strong attention to detail is required.
Job Functions:
Ensuring all employment new hire forms are completed accurately before employment starts
Running driving records and background checks
Onboarding new employees and providing onboarding HR support for 3 growing companies
Presenting the Employee Assistance Program and various policies to new hires at onboarding
Communicating effectively with new hires and managers until everything is in order for an employee to start work and be paid
Processing affecting payroll new hire forms
Strong involvement in H2B onboardings
Strong involvement in the exit and audit process for H2B employees
Assisting with Open Enrollment
Cross training with other HR responsibilities for bench strength on the team
Scanning and organizing documents
Involvement with Special Projects / New Processes / Process Changes
Secondary to handle day to day HR compliance
Secondary to handle benefit enrollments
Secondary to handle driver requirements and DOT compliance
Other duties as needed
