Hr Training Coordinator

Canon is looking to hire an HR Training Coordinator in Upper Darby, PA. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefit package. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in an HR support role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts new hire orientation and assists with onboarding processes
• Maintains training records and certifications for all CBPS and client-led training.
• Requests access for all new hire credentials and software-related applications.
• Collects and submits expense reports for new hires' reimbursements.
• Coordinates recruitment efforts (job postings, resume screening, and interviews)
• Leads employee recognition program and site engagement activities.
• Supports HR-related projects and training and development initiatives.
• Post new position requisitions and route job offers.
• Coordinates new hire training, interview scheduling, and calendar management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience handling new hire training and orientation.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Safety procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• The ability to potentially travel to other locations if needed.
