SalaryCapital Cardiology is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to work Full-time, Monday through Friday. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for placing and updating job postings, along with conducting phone interviews with viable candidates. The HR coordinator will also conduct in-person interviews and initiate input of background check and drug screening data.
Will be responsible for assisting with the on boarding process of new hires, such as reviewing new hire paperwork and ensuring that I-9s are completed and maintained properly. The HR coordinator will input all new hires into the payroll system and ensure that all of the information is correct. Other responsibilities include: benefits administration, leave of absence coordination and maintaining personnel files. The hourly rate is from $28/hour.
Qualifications:
- Two years of HR experience
- Two years of recruitment and benefits experience
- Experience with UKG payroll system desired
- Associate's degree preferred.
