As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the efficient operation of various HR functions. You will work closely with HR management to handle administrative tasks, maintain personnel records, and assist in HR processes, contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and productive work environment.
This position requires a solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices, and the ability to provide comprehensive HR support to both employees and management. The role is based out of MSBC Headquarters in Brentwood, TN, and has the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
Responsibility- Work directly with and report to the human resources lead regarding all HR endeavors.
- Foster positive employee relations and assist employees with general HR-related questions and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and other HR-related information.
- Administer the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring all required documents are completed.
- Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Organize, maintain, and update employee HRIS information as needed.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Assist in the hiring process of employees.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first.
