Job Title: HR Coordinator - Hybrid Remote

Position Summary
Support the HR Department by managing various HR generalist activities and coordinating immigration/work-visa processing activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Generate and issue offer letters – W2, C2C, 1099, and upload in CEIPAL system.
· Create and maintain data entries in ADP and CEIPAL systems.
· Coordinate client contracts and extensions, Subcontractor contracts, PO extensions, W-9, insurance coverage, etc.
· Maintain and update PAF file for all W-2 employees.
· Send and receive onboarding documents for all types of Consultants and upload in CEIPAL system, including I-9, W-2, E-Verify, direct deposit forms, healthcare enrollment, decline and termination forms, etc.
· Benefits – Healthcare: Add new, edit changes, remove terminated employees and family members and reconcile changes per payroll.
· Submit 401(k) enrollment and deduction changes to the Accounts Department and add new, edit, remove terminated employees.
· Payroll Changes – Collect, collate and submit per payroll changes to the Accounts Department via semi-monthly Payroll Spreadsheet.
· Send Gifts / Cards for birthdays, new born, gifts, calendars, etc. to employees on a timely basis.
· Function as the main liaison between the Immigration Attorney's office and employees regarding all immigration/work-visa applications and extensions, keeping track of all necessary steps to ensure that each step is completed in an accurate, timely manner.
· Any other administrative activities as required from time to time, including temporarily covering the Front Desk duties.
· Coordinate special projects as and when required.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills
· 2-year college degree or similar work experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with HR and payroll software systems and labor and immigration laws
· Ability to keep sensitive information as confidential\
· Detail oriented
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Efficient time-management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
