Here's the Gist:
In this role, as an HR Business Partner, you will assist in providing a wide range of HR partnership to the Global Expansion Facilities Operations organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employees and leadership.
The Day-to-Day:
- Collaborate with leaders to support the HR Department's mission to be the company with the best talent, leaders, and culture, at scale.
- Develop rapport, build credibility and influence internal stakeholders and employees by providing constant partnership and feedback to business leaders at all levels to help them get the best out of their employees.
- Collaborate as part of the Global Expansion leadership team to support and instill the leadership and culture pillars of the organization and consistently demonstrate, and reinforce in others, the Wolfspeed culture of safety, integrity, ingenuity, and accountability.
- Support consistent application of HR programs, policies and practices.
- Participate and facilitate activities that increase organizational performance including leadership effectiveness, operational performance, talent growth and teambuilding.
- Work on assigned programs and special projects on a regular basis.
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience including employee relations in an internal customer-facing role.
- Experience accessing, compiling, and leveraging data and metrics. Proven technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of cultures, thinking styles, and approaches and maintain the highest standards for confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information.
- Passion for working in a team environment; shows resiliency and a sense of humor.
- Ability and interest to work onsite at least 3 days per week
- This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
