The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to Human Resources and assisting current employees with various needs and requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist HR team in carrying out various human resource projects.
- Assist with recruitment process.
- Deliver orientation presentation and help coordinate.
- Communicate with the recruiting team as needed.
- Maintain and administer all Human Resources related bulletin boards
- Assist with EF Link and UKG application activities/support
- Assist with I-9 Verification filing and yearly auditing.
- Assist with everyday Walk-In Traffic
- Performs specific administrative tasks related to personal filing, record keeping, and other areas as needed.
- Provide general clerical assistance including:
- Answering phones and taking messages.
- Assist with special and seasonal events (Job fairs, EF Wellness).
- Filing, auditing and purge files.
- Assist with termination system process - separation letters.
Performance Expectations (if applicable):
- Sitting is required most of the time.
- Standing is required for varied intervals throughout the day.
- Occasional lifting of various objects weighing 20 lbs. or less.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communications.
- Must possess basic word processing and data entry computer skills.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

- Must maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
