We are seeking a Part timeHR Assistant to work in a manufacturing environment. You will work Monday and Tuesday from 8-4 and Wed from 8-12. About 20 hours a week. Pay is 18.00-20.00 hr
Duties will include:
- Assist HR Manager with various tasks/projects
- Manage HR Boards at main plant and our Distribution Center
- Update and maintain current HR materials for distribution to associates
- Manage agency associate time sheets
- Manage front door/ visitors, deliveries, misc.
- Manage mail
- Order office supplies/manage and stock cabinets
- Circulate sympathy cards/order flowers
- Occasionally place food orders/assist with set-up and clean-up of events
