Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
