Hr Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist with benefits administration and address employee inquiries related to benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Prepare and distribute HR-related communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
