Job Title: Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator
Location: Marquette, MI 
Pay: $17.00 per Hour
What’s the Job?
- Handles employee benefit programs to include, but not limited to, the following: Flex Spend Accounts, 401k, Health Insurance.
- Responsible to oversee the maintenance of employee and Hospice Volunteer personnel files, including each employee’s confidential medical file.
- Responsible for explaining agency personnel policies according to the Employee Handbook.
- Coordinates the PTO policy and oversees the preparation of employee PTO spreadsheet calculations.
- Processes timesheets and any other tasks to produce employee payroll.
