WestLand is adding an experienced HR Analyst to our Team! In this role, you will be compiling, managing, and/or analyzing people-related information. You will then create reports and build dashboards to communicate that information to stakeholders. Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the data collected and reported upon. In addition to reporting, you may be called upon to assist with other HR related projects. This position may be based out of our Tucson, AZ, Reno, NV, or Bothell, WA office locations.
What will I be doing?
- Collecting and analyzing Human Resources data, pinpointing trends, and preparing reports and dashboards.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Monitoring and verifying Human Resources data integrity.
- Implementing and facilitating training initiatives and programs for internal stakeholders
- Liaising with Human Resources team members from other business units on data and analyzation related projects.
- Supporting the Manager, Human Resources and the HR department with other HR related projects.
What qualifications are required for this role?
- Bachelor's degree required. Additional years of experience may substitute for educational requirement.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience required, with at least 3 years of experience in an HR Analytics role.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, outlook).
- Demonstrated expertise with data analytics software (PowerBI, Excel)
- Experience with DelTek VantagePoint and/or ADP software systems a plus.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $86,500 annually.
