Summary
SRP (Salt River Project) Human Resources is looking for a Shared Services Analyst to join a dynamic and growing Human Resources Operations team.
The Shared Services Analyst will play a key role in the development of SRP's first ever HR Service Center by supporting the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Shared Services strategy. If you have a passion for customer service, can resolve tricky problems, know how to tell a story using data, and love working with people, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!
As the Shared Services Analyst, you will spend your time providing daily support to SRP Team Members and executing the mission of the Shared Services Center. The ideal candidate for this role will have fantastic Customer Service skills, HR Analytics experience, and a history of supporting a wide variety of Human Resources initiatives.
What You'll Do
  • Creates and manages documentation, reports, dashboards, and communications that help communicate the strategy and status of the HR Shared Services initiative.
  • Updates ServiceNow project site and ensures stakeholders receive ongoing communication about backlog, milestones, deadlines, the roadmap, and project status.
  • Recommends options for tracking, reporting, and analyzing Service Center data.
  • Collaborates with COE's (Centers of Excellence) to document Human Resources processes and training for HR Service Center staff.
  • Suggests ways to improve Service Center effectiveness.
  • Ensures accuracy of knowledgebase documentation.
  • Answers complex inbound cases while delivering quality service and creating a positive customer experience.
  • Applies critical thinking and active listening skills to effectively diagnose Team Member needs and to determine key details to document in the case management tool.
  • Communicates policies and processes and provides information in response to inquiries.
  • Develops strong understanding of relevant HR processes to ensure accurate, insightful customer responses.
  • Collaborates with the HR Operations team on system requirements of service center enabling technologies.
  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of the center's work and its implications across the organization.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What It Takes To Succeed
Promotion to Level 2 requires a minimum of two years experience at Level 1 and demonstrated capability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by the supervisor. Promotion to Senior Level requires a minimum of 3 years experience at Level 2, is fully competent in all aspects of functional area of assignment and as such would be recognized as a specialist in area of assignment and may have periodic or occasional lead responsibilities.
Education
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for the assignment.

  • Presents effectively to others in informal settings, using prepared materials and visual aids to favorable effect.
  • Follows up to ensure the message has been understood when speaking to others and responds to feedback from the audience by adapting content and interpersonal style.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly experienced in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Preferred experience: working in ServiceNow or other case management software.

Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
