The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Hotel Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Hotel Manager reports to the RVP / GM of Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire .

Responsibilities
The Hotel Manager assists the GM with the direction of all aspects of the Hotel including rooms division and F&B division. Works quickly in high-pressure environment and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Attends and participates in all Planning Committee meetings and events.
- Monitors and reviews the daily revenue report, the daily labor report and the monthly profit and loss statement, analyze results and take action when necessary.
- Conducts regular tours of the hotel and make recommendations for changes as well as note deficiencies and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Meet on a regular basis with all managers, supervisor, and non-management employees.
- Monitors all standards in the hotel to ensure they are in place and enforced.
- Ability to control all capital expenditures and ensures the proper guidelines are adhered to and projects are completed on a timely basis.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who have computer knowledge with excellent communication skills. Previous experience of 5 years preferred. Applicants are required to have high analytical and organizational skills. Speaking, writing and reading English is required. General knowledge of labor laws desired. Positive attitude and willing to learn is a must. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts and weekends.

Salary Range $170,000- $225,000
