SalaryWe are looking for friendly and enthusiastic customer service professionals to join our Front Desk Team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Portsmouth, NH!
Our Hotel Front Desk Receptionists are responsible for providing superior customer service at all times. You will assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc.; handle guest registration and room assignments while accommodating special requests whenever possible, etc.
For the Hotel Front Desk Receptionist role, previous customer service experience preferred, but attitude is more important. Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with property management systems, particularly Fosse, is also a plus.
A successful Hotel Front Desk Receptionist will have a polished and professional presentation, be able to communicate effectively, be outgoing and positive and be able to work a flexible schedule including days and evenings, weekends and holidays.
