Hotel Front Desk Pm - Part Time

This is a Part Time position. Schedule is from 3pm-11pm. Must have weekend availability.

As a Part TimeFront Desk Agent within the Front Desk Department, you support the departments management team with the training of new hires to ensure a high level of guest service while maintaining consistent procedures. You are a great ambassador to the team, your hotel and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Training new team members.
• Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper credit is obtained.
• Making reservations and upselling as appropriate.
• Ensuring proper handling of credit cards, cash and other forms of billing/payments.
• Answer phone calls, proficiently use the computer and other technologies.
• Ability to act as a concierge and perform your duties while always providing exceptional guest service.
• Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management in an accurate and respectful manner.
• Assume all other duties associated with a Front Desk associate.

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
