We are looking for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team of caring staff at our Vancouver office.
This position is fast paced and requires organization, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, punctuality, and professional behavior. Duties include greeting clients/visitors, scheduling appointments, prepping patient charts, checking patients in/out, answering phones, sorting/distributing incoming mail, and handling confidential records. Must demonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism while being able to multi-task using basic office software.
This position is two-three days/week as well as a rotating evening shifts to cover evening urgent care hours. Position also includes rotating weekend shifts once every few months. Pay for shift differential is applied to evenings and weekends.
