Front Desk Receptionist

Tacoma Medical Office looking for patient oriented medical receptionist. Duties include: Create a positive first impression by greeting the patients, obtain and verify patient demographics and financial information. Collect patient co-pays and payments according to policies. Ensure necessary forms are prepared for the patients visit. Answer phones , triage patient calls and direct to proper personnel. Must be organized, efficient and reliable. Computer skills a must. EMR knowledge required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
