Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests from diverse backgrounds - Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages for our employees.
