Front Desk Clerk

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and timely processing
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Operate phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management

Skills:
- Excellent hospitality skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in [list languages]
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
