Come work at Days Inn Imlay City! We are looking to hire a Front Desk Clerk.
Seeking a qualified applicant for a part-time Front Desk Clerk position.
Front Desk Clerk responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests upon arrival
- Checking guests in and out
- Respond to any guest concerns, complaints, requests, or emergencies
- Reconciling daily paperwork in a timely manner
- Answering phones
- Making reservations
- Scheduling guests wake up calls
- Preparing breakfast
- Cleaning public areas
Qualifications for a Front Desk Clerk:
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Learn computer functions
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience is preferred but not required
Nights, weekends and holidays are required.
