We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. Responsibilities also include hotel laundry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Based on experience and proven effort, this position can lead to a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area.
- Keep records of guest information and bookings.
- Handle hotel laundry (linens and towels).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
