Hotel Account Specialist
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Hotel Account Specialist within our CLC division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be is responsible for performing daily activities assigned within a Customer Focus Group (CFG). The purpose of the CFG is to establish rapport, build relationships with CLC hotels and to be an excellent problem solver. Educate and train hotels on billing, acceptance of CLC travelers, offer Hotel Services, how to process stays through the CLC web portal and identify hotels that are not accepting CLC Lodging guests per their contractual terms. You will report directly to the Hotel Network Operations Director.
How We Work
As a Hotel Account Specialist you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in Wichita, KS
  • Company-issued equipment

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Managing hotel relationships within the network
  • Researching hotels to add to the network
  • Growing/maintaining the number of opted-in hotels
  • Identifying hotels in the network no longer accepting CLC Lodging clients
  • Completing CLC Lodging training process for the hotel's staff
  • Conducting hotel follow up training as needed
  • Resolving Customer/CLC disputes and handle accordingly
  • Assisting hotel with billing concerns to help prevent possible future non-acceptance
  • Contacting lodging/housing providers to resolve billing issues - speed of billing, charge detail and resolving discrepancies
  • Ensuring hotels used by CLC are using/enforcing approved billing methods
  • Transitioning hotels to credit card/bank draft option of payment when needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Customer Focus Group Director and/or Vice President of CLC Hotel Network for CLC Lodging

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ years of experience with customer service or hotel front office preferred
  • Must have Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • The need to be focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
