SalaryWe are looking for an energetic, ethical, highly motivated Automotive Accounts Payables Specialist to join our team. If you’re a well-organized team player with accounting experience, we would like to talk to you!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review and verify vendor invoices for appropriate approvals, coding and costs
- Accurately process Accounts Payable invoices into system daily
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to research, and respond to Accounts Payable inquires in a timely manor
- Maintain Accounts Payable files
- Assist in monthly close process related to Accounts Payable accounts
- Support the accounting department with troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- 1099 preparation
- Special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One-year minimum Accounts Payable experience preferred
- A professional appearance
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
- Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
