Customer Account Specialist

At Fully Promoted, we help our customers build their brand awareness, promote their products and services, and grow their customer base. We provide solutions with custom branded corporate and team apparel (embroidery, screen printing, etc.), promotional products and printed marketing materials that allows our clients to attract, retain and engage with their customers and employees. Our Lawrence office is looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, is experienced in a wide range of administrative tasks, is able to work independently with little or no supervision, is well organized and flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide great customer service

- Order Entry

- Responsible for managing business services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondence is timely and filing systems are up to date.

- Product research and sourcing.

- Work closely with the contract printers and vendors to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.

- Maintain good working relationships with customers, vendors, and service providers.

- Helps develop marketing plans and strategies.

- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives, including social media efforts, email campaigns, website updates, etc.

- Support sales team as needed with presentations, quotes, invoices, and other paperwork.

- Maintain an organized and clean office.

- Oversee and maintain all social media accounts

Qualifications/Skills/Work Preferences:

- Administrative or assistant experience.

- Strong computer skills.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Experience in marketing a plus.

- Graphic design experience a plus.

- Knowledge of retail management responsibilities, systems, and procedures a plus.

- Enjoys talking with people and helping them find solutions.

- Prefers working on multiple projects at once instead of one project at a time.

- Enjoys a fast-paced, quick-changing environment.

Hourly rate: starts at $17-19/hour.

Hours: 20-30 hours/week. Can be flexible on schedule. Mon- Fri.(no evening, weekend or holiday hours)
