Payroll/Accounting Specialist

We our hiring for a Payroll/Accounting Specialist that has at least 2 years of prior experience. The ideal candidate should be very familiar AR/AP. Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processes, including computation, deductions, tax filings, and reporting.

- Maintain financial records and prepare various financial statements, reports, and analyses.

- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile financial discrepancies and streamline accounting procedures.

- Handle payroll-related queries and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.

- Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.

- Perform HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel file maintenance.

- Assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and recognizing employee achievements.
