Job Description:

As a Hospitality Purchasing Manager at MisterO1 Extraordinary Pizza, you will play a critical role in managing our supply chain and ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients for our restaurants. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels to maintain our commitment to excellence in every pizza we serve.

Responsibilities:

Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients.

Cost Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for high-quality ingredients.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to prevent shortages while minimizing waste.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all ingredients meet our quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to understand ingredient needs and ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Compliance: Ensure all purchasing practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality Purchasing or a related field.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings.

Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building supplier relationships.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess cost data and make informed decisions.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
