WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As a Hospitality Area Sales Director, you will be the architect of innovative sales strategies. You'll forge key relationships with corporate clients, travel influencers, and event leaders. Your dynamic flair will spotlight our focus properties, ensuring they remain in a lively rotation. In your flexible remote role, occasional on-site visits will bridge the virtual and physical, aligning with our sales vision and championing an impeccable guest experience alongside on-site leaders. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR HOSPITALITY AREA SALES DIRECTOR
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in a leadership role
- Multi-site experience
- Proven track record of revenue growth through innovative service offerings and sales strategies
- Strong proficiency in developing go-to-market strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and database management software
- Ability to sell value, tell our story, and create an experience for our guests
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Great business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail that ensures accurate group management
- Valid driver's license
Having experience with multiple hotel brands is preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE
This remote sales position enjoys the flexibility of a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional on-site visits to our properties.
