```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding service timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
