Automotive Service Advisor!

Anderson Ford of Clinton, Illinois is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for our growing Service Department. Duties include

• answering phones
• making appointments
• greeting customers
• writing up vehicles
• working with technicians to ensure full repair of customer vehicles
• checking maintenance records
• conducting inspections
• developing estimates
• maintaining complete automotive records
• verifying warranty and service contract coverage
• insuring quality focus

We are a fast paced growing company looking to add the right individual to grow with us here. We will train you. Some knowledge in Automotive Service is helpful but not necessary.
