What You’ll Do
- Efficiently handle address changes, online account access setup, and account information updates.
- Prepare and dispatch paperwork for account openings, updates, and other miscellaneous requests, including but not limited to, electronic contributions to Individual 401ks, mutual fund DTC transfers, and auto mortgage payments.
- Collaborate with third parties to update titles on external accounts.
- Prepare and process billing documents, including PV AMA or Addendums.
- Enter client information into the CAS system as a KYC, ensuring accurate agreement data entry.
- Generate, send for signature, and upload documents for approval, maintaining a keen eye on the billing process for new accounts.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts, account retitling, and setting up of account features such as margin and ACH.
- Handle ACATs, monitor transfers, and execute money movements including ACH, wires, and checks.
- Manage correspondence with clients for document signings and approvals via DocuSign and email.
- Support the processing of alternative investment paperwork, check deposits, mutual fund dividend options, and account statement requests.
- Engage with clients to fulfill service requests, update account preferences, and ensure overall satisfaction with our services.
- Assist in the management of annuities, investment reviews, and financial plan presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Client Service role within a financial services or investment advisory firm is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
