$25.36 - $32/hr depending on experience

8:00am – 4:30pm

Comprehensive Life Resources is looking for a qualified Homeless Outreach Program Manager to join our Outreach team in downtown Tacoma WA.

Function: Supervise Homeless Outreach activities and staff. Work with program director to ensure program outcomes, improvement, and compliance. Serves as a member of the organization that welcomes, engages, and serves individuals with complex wellness needs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Homeless Outreach staff and duties.
- Support outreach employees’ duties and professional growth.
- In partnership with the program director, assist with overseeing and ensuring agency and program compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, licensing, agency policies and procedures, contracts, and all other regulations, requirements, and standards as required.
- Assist assigned employees to develop recovery plans for consumers.
- Facilitate program coordination with other care providers including mobile and walk in clinics.
- Provide direct service to consumers.
- In partnership with the program director, assist with liaison, consultation, and education to community organizations, direct service facilities, and professionals offering services to the chronically mentally ill.
- Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
- Participate in development of program and staff.
- Maintain records and reports in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Participate in program meetings and activities as required.
- Deliver monthly outcomes towards contract to finance and director.
- Maintain and comply with budget and contract parameters.
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to increasing competence and knowledge within the mental health field.
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA degree in related field
- WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor’s Registration.
- Administrative and clinical supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with mentally ill and homeless individuals.
- Working knowledge of agency and program policies and procedures, contracts, and licensing requirements as required.
- Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license; proof of insurance.
