Manage the call center daily operations. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both inbound and outbound calls, directing sales activity and executing sales strategies to meet our company goals as well as ensuring all callers receive an outstanding experience. Additionally, the Supervisor guides representatives in handling escalated questions and phone calls, oversees the queues and keeps phone representatives informed about calls waiting while fostering, motivation and encouragement through positive communication and feedback, as outlined in the following duties.
