We are seeking a Revenue Analyst for our Revenue Management team. StorageMart has recently completed new efforts to centralize and improve its Pricing and Revenue Management (RM) organization, processes, and systems. As part of this initiative, the company seeks to hire an analyst with a strong mix of analytical and communication skills to join our team.
Summary
The Revenue Management Analyst will be involved in all aspects of strategic and tactical pricing. Working with the Director of Revenue Management, other Analysts, as well as the Vice Presidents of Operations and Marketing and their teams in a collaborative environment.

Pay is commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive total compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $45,000-$55,000, bonus opportunities, medical insurance, rich employer contributions to your retirement savings, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement!
Qualifications

4. Ability to independently create, validate, present, and implement ideas.
5. Ability to manage large data sets, synthesize key findings, and communicate them.
6. Advanced level use of MS Office applications (especially Excel).
Education/Experience
1. A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university or college in a related discipline (operations research, statistics, business).
2. Some experience in Revenue Management or Pricing is certainly a plus.

4. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial and operational reports. Ability to effectively present information to management, both verbally and in written documents or presentations.
5. Ability to positively and effectively communicate with field staff and other departments within StorageMart.
6. Mathematical and Reasoning Ability. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
