Home Care Scheduler

We are a very busy and growing company. We have clients throughout Parker County and surrounding areas, and you could be the ideal candidate we need to join our team.

Ideal candidates will live in the Aledo/Willow Park/Hudson Oaks/Weatherford area and is eager to grow. You must be able to keep up in a very fast-paced office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Keep up and multitask in fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
• Schedule and coordinate day to day activities of caregivers and clients
• A key point of contact for clients, family members, and caregivers regarding shifts and schedules
• Manage all aspects of the care schedule with oversight and support from the management team
• Ensure all shifts are properly staffed and filled
• Ability to motivate and connect with caregivers
• Able to work overtime, participate in on-call rotations and help with after hours support when needed
• Adhere to company policies and state requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ yrs Home Care scheduling experience, preferred
• Work independently or in a team environment
• Clear criminal background and ability to pass drug test
• Current Texas driver's license and auto insurance
• High school diploma required
• College degree, a plus

Proficient with computers and common software programs:

• Wellsky (formerly Clear Care) Software, a plus
• Microsoft Office 365: Excel, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word, Teams
• Microsoft Windows and various apps
• Safari, Chrome, Firefox
• Social media knowledge: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., plus
• Experience with collaboration tools: MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $33,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
