```Duties```
-Fulfill client scheduling needs by ensuring coverage
- Provide support by phone to client and caregiver with in Home Care duties
- Describe and explain plan of care to caregivers assigned to client schedules
- Provide follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor schedules and update as needed to ensure coverage
- Set appropriate expectation to client regarding schedule changes
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date availability
```Requirements```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Home Care or a related field
- Knowledge of basic office software systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
