Evening/Overnight Scheduler

We have a variety of shifts in the Sarasota and Charlotte county areas. We keep you as busy as you’d like.

We are seeking a dedicated On-Call Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating on-call schedules to ensure seamless coverage and responsiveness. Your organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be key in maintaining a reliable on-call system. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain on-call schedules for various teams within the organization.
• Coordinate with team leads and managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage by efficiently managing on-call rotations and responding to changes.
• Collaborate with HR to onboard and train new on-call staff on scheduling procedures.
• Utilize scheduling software to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a point of contact for on-call staff, addressing scheduling concerns and providing support.
• Monitor and analyze on-call data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure awareness of schedule changes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scheduling or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
• Preferred WellSky or Clearcare knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in scheduling.
• Availability to address on-call scheduling issues outside regular business hours.
• Be available to potentially go out on shifts during on-call, if needed.
• Be available for a week of in person orientation and training upon hire
