ROLE:

We're looking for an amazing High-Ticket closer who can achieve excellent results around a digital product in the e-learning music space. The High Ticket Closer will prospect, introduce, and sell new customers each and every week. They will sell our program to all inbound and outbound prospects. We're looking for someone who's highly disciplined, ready to learn and grow constantly, wants to operate at the highest level, and who has excellent social skills. Our High Ticket Closer genuinely cares about our customers results and will only bring in customers who are a good fit for the program. They understand that they represent our company and will operate with the utmost integrity for the best prospect and customer experience. The High Ticket Closer has a constant hunger to improve the sales experience and should present our product in a way that shows the pure value of the program. So much so that the customers are begging to purchase our product.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reach out to 50 outbound prospects a day across multiple platforms
• Follow up consistently with potential clients across multiple platforms
• Follow up with all applications received within 4 hours of booking (when possible)
• Keep a clear and up to date pipeline within our CRM
• Input all sales data every day
• Available on a variable schedule for sales calls determined by yourself
• Give expert knowledge of our product to all prospects
• Allow for shadowing and regular feedback

RESULTS:

• Must maintain at least a 20% close rate on all inbound applications
• Must maintain a minimum 10% close rate on all outbound prospect applications
• Customer minimum target each month: 20 new customers
• All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
• Prospect pipeline is up to date by end-of-day
• All KPI reports up to date by end-of-day

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least 6 months of past sales experience selling. If not, must be willing to be trained for free until they can make at least 5 sales on their own in the first 3 weeks.
• Much have some understanding of drumming and/or music before the interview.
• Must have a working computer of their own with a webcam and microphone

Compensation:

This is a commission based role that makes you more money as you make more sales.

-First 25 sales = $200 per sale

-Sales 25-75 = $225 per sale

-Sales 75-150 = $250 per sale

-Sales 150-250 = $275 per sale

-Sales 250+ = $300 per sale

-Paid every 2 weeks

Schedule:

• We encourage you to create a schedule that works for you, as long as they fit within these parameters.
• 5 days a week
• Minimum 40 hours a week
• 2 days a week must be available for calls from 8am-12pm EST
• 2 days a week must be available for calls from 5:30pm-9pm EST
• 1 day a week must be available for calls during the weekend from 9am-1pm

You can choose your own schedule based on the above criteria. You could also work a half day on the weekend and one half day during the week if you'd like.
