Offer Price: $3,000 to $8,500

Commissions: No base salary.Tiered: 10% first 5 sales, then 15% onwards! We can discuss a raise in commission after the 1st year.

Lead flow: All leads scheduled are inbound. Leads are nurtured through VSL & scheduled into your calendly. This is NOT a cold-calling position.

Entry 6-figure Real Estate Coaching Organization seeks 1 part-time high-ticket remote closer to work from home and help real estate agents in the multi-family residential real estate space reach their full potential by earning a minimum of $100,000 in annual income. Our company is small which opens up an opportunity to earn equity in the company and graduate to a closer manager with the inevitable hiring of more remote closers down the line.

Ideal Candidate must be:

● Previous High Ticket closing experience & completion of an online closer program

● Highly coachable and committed to the mission of the organization

● Experienced in real estate related sales

● Able to work part-time, only taking Sundays off

● Passionate about helping agents achieve their goals and overcome their fears

● Great ability to enroll clients and handle rejection

● Courageous in asking bold questions and being honest with clients

● Able to work from home with a high-quality internet connection and reliable cell service

● Willing to follow the organization's script structure and take clients through powerful enrollment conversations

● Able to see new opportunities and what is possible for clients

● Possess a pleasant phone voice and able to work in a quiet environment

● Experience with our tech stack: SLACK, CALENDLY, ZOOM, GOOGLE DRIVE & SHEETS

● Fill out an EOD report on Google Forms Monday - Saturday

● Take 1 hour booked "War Map" calls with recently enrolled clients (we pay $100 per call) which is another stream of revenue for this position.
