We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented High ticket Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team in our agency. We are a marketing agency that provides comprehensive marketing solutions for medical practices like ChiroPractors, Med Spa, Dentists etc. This is work from home role and has hours flexibility. We prefer US or Canada based candidates.

As a Sales Closer, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients. Your exceptional sales skills, combined with your ability to understand and meet customer needs, will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and generate leads through various sources such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their concerns and inquiries.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting their key features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the Medical practice industry sector is a plus.
